Important update on Metooo services
On November 30, 2025, the current Metooo will be discontinued and a new version with a completely renewed structure will be activated.
From November 30, 2025, current Metooo services will permanently cease. We are working on launching a completely renewed version of the platform, which will feature updated structure and functionality to provide you with a better experience.
What this means for your accounts
- It will not be possible to transfer existing accounts to the new version
- You will need to create a new account when the new platform becomes available
- Current data will not be migrated automatically
Before the shutdown, make sure to download
- Contact list: available in CSV format from your personal area
- Order history: exportable in CSV format to preserve all information about your received orders
